LOCATION

Nestled in the heart of Pyrenees Wine country, 55 minutes west of Ballarat and less than two hours from Melbourne Airport, Warrenmang Vineyard Resort is ideally located for exploring the region.

 

The quickest way to Warrenmang from Melbourne is over the Westgate Bridge and via the Western Ring Road. Keep a look out for the Western Highway to Ballarat exit.

Turn left off the Western Ring Road at the Ballarat exit.

Continue along Western Highway until you reach Ballarat.

Here you have the option of visiting Ballarat or bypassing to save time.

Continue along the highway (or return to it after visiting Ballarat, via Learmonth Road), until you see the Sunraysia Highway turnoff (aprox 6 - 8 kms after Ballarat). This is the AVOCA exit with a sign saying "Pyrenees Wineries", "Mildura" and "Avoca".

Drive on the Sunraysia Highway to the town of Avoca. Drive straight through Avoca and continue on for another 10 - 15 mins until you see the turnoff to the left to Moonambel and Stawell. Take this turn and continue straight ahead until you reach Moonambel. Do not turn left to the Warrenmang Township. Pass through the Moonambel township. Warrenmang is clearly signposted aprox 1km past the general store. Turn right, and proceed up Mountain Creek Road. We are situated at the top of the hill.

There is now access to a helicopter landing site on the estate, as well as a newly constructed airstrip suitable for twin engine aircraft adjoining the property.
